AntiGravity®Yoga

Have You Ever Wanted To Fly?

  • Take your yoga experience above the mat with us in AntiGravity® Yoga.  Through the use of hammocks suspended from the ceiling, you can experience a workout unlike any other.  Total inversion without compression in the neck and shoulders, deep tissue massage, release of fascia, balance and awareness take this workout beyond yoga.  
  • Your instructor has been trained by the creator of AntiGravity® Fitness Yoga in New York, Christopher Harrison. Class size is limited to 6 people for hands-on instruction in a safe environment as you literally hang upside down. This enables your blood to flow to the spinal discs and stimulate your lymphatic system and ‘good’ hormones.  Look at the world from a new perspective and have fun while you work out!

Defy Gravity

  • Experience life on a whole new level. When gravity holds you back, Antigravity Yoga will help you soar. It is also known as Aerial yoga. 
  • This form of yoga expands the benefits of asana practice by using the support of a suspended hammock.  
  • Whether you’re a new student or a seasoned yogi, this class will increase your strength, flexibility and satisfy your sense of adventure.

AntiGravity Kids

Kid's 7 - 12 years of age can fly high with us every Saturday.

Float and Fly Wellness Studio is Proud to offer AntiGravity® Kids, an aerial program specifically designed for children.


  • Saturday at 11 am we offer a one hour class. Class size is limited to 6. Reservations needed in advance and masks are required.
  • Private groups up to 6 children can be scheduled for organizations, scouts, clubs and parties. Give us a call to see how we can help make a memorable experience.
  • Summer kid's camp will return in 2022. Registration is now open.

  • In this section we have created a series of links to more information that we believe you may find helpful along with some required reading. For example waivers and tips to help you get the most out of your experience.

Yoga on the Mat

Three Unique Classes

Natalie Heck welcomes you on the mat. New and old yogis are welcomed. The only thing you need to bring is an open heart. We have mats, straps, bolsters and blocks for you to use or bring your own. Our intimate space is not too hot or crowded so reserve your spot at the session that speaks to you.


 Invest Yin Yourself  - Tuesday 6:15 pm

Do you have trouble sleeping? Focusing? ​Here is your opportunity to slow down and take 45 minutes to invest time in yourself. Yin yoga is a traditional style of yoga stimulating the nervous system as you hold poses for longer. Balance out the "yang" energy in your week by investing-"Yin"-yourself.


 Move What Your Momma Gave You - Thursday 6:15 pm

Tapped out from sitting at your desk all day? Break the cycle and take a moment to get your hips and spine moving and grooving. Discover the benefits of dedicating time to stretching your lower body.


 Are You Breathing? - Friday 4 pm

Life begins with a single breath. As life progresses, we often lose track of where our breath is at in our body throughout the day. Take this class to see what it is like to intentionally align your breath and your body.
