Looking for something completely different? Our aerial yoga program is specifically designed for children. Each AntiGravity® Kid discovers the fun of exercise while developing greater courage and self-confidence as they explore all dimensions of open space supported by silk hammocks. Limited to six campers.
Camp is held 9:30 am - 11:30 am Tuesday, Thursday & Friday with a special showcase of all they learned on Saturday 10 am - 11 am
AntiGravity®Yoga
Have You Ever Wanted To Fly?
- Take your yoga experience above the mat with us in AntiGravity® Yoga. Through the use of hammocks suspended from the ceiling, you can experience a workout unlike any other. Total inversion without compression in the neck and shoulders, deep tissue massage, release of fascia, balance and awareness take this workout beyond yoga.
- Your instructor has been trained by the creator of AntiGravity® Fitness Yoga in New York, Christopher Harrison. Class size is limited to 6 people for hands-on instruction in a safe environment as you literally hang upside down. This enables your blood to flow to the spinal discs and stimulate your lymphatic system and ‘good’ hormones. Look at the world from a new perspective and have fun while you work out!

AntiGravity Kids
Kid's 6 - 12 years of age can fly high with us every Saturday.
Float and Fly Wellness Studio is Proud to offer AntiGravity® Kids, an aerial program specifically designed for children.
- Saturday at 11 am we offer a one hour class. Class size is limited to 6. Reservations needed in advance and masks are required.
- Private groups up to 6 children can be scheduled for organizations, scouts, clubs and parties. Give us a call to see how we can help make a memorable experience.
