Take your yoga experience above the mat with us in AntiGravity® Yoga. Through the use of hammocks suspended from the ceiling, you can experience a workout unlike any other. Total inversion without compression in the neck and shoulders, deep tissue massage, release of fascia, balance and awareness take this workout beyond yoga.
Your instructor has been trained by the creator of AntiGravity® Fitness Yoga in New York, Christopher Harrison. Class size is limited to 5 people for hands-on instruction in a safe environment as you literally hang upside down. This enables your blood to flow to the spinal discs and stimulate your lymphatic system and ‘good’ hormones. Look at the world from a new perspective and have fun while you work out!
