Cancellation Policy
We do all we can to help remind you of your scheduled time at Float and Fly Wellness Studio. We understand that sometimes life happens and changes must be made. Out of respect for our clients, members and staff we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If cancelled within the 24 hours prior to your scheduled service you will be charged 75% . We will gladly reschedule or refund any service with a notice of 24 hours or more in advance. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
For First Time Guests
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service to complete waivers and for time to answer any questions you may have.
